As a new business with no existing brand awareness, the challenge was to build a recognizable identity from the ground up… one that could immediately communicate the brand’s core values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and modern style. Without a strong and cohesive visual identity, the risk was real… blending into a crowded market of handmade goods, struggling to attract the right customers, and failing to build the trust that a new brand needs to grow. The identity had to feel personal and handmade without sacrificing professionalism, and polished without losing its warmth.
A cohesive brand identity system was built to reflect what Meck Designs is truly about… handmade quality, everyday functionality, and a personal touch in every stitch. Every visual decision was made to lay a strong foundation for the brand and communicate its values clearly from the very first encounter.
Logo design: The primary Meck Designs logo is a combination mark designed to symbolize craftsmanship while remaining versatile for various applications and memorable. The brand mark concept is a creative and strategic combination of the first letter of the brand name a hidden “sewing machine” and a “customer’s smile”.
Brand colors: A thoughtfully curated palette conveys approachability and craftsmanship.
Brand fonts: A combination of soft and clean sans-serif fonts to balance professionalism with the personal, handmade nature of the brand.
Brand Pattern: The Meck Designs pattern was created to add depth, personality, and visual consistency across the products and touchpoints.
